U2 Live at Red Rocks DVD details and release date

The U2 Live at Red Rocks DVD will be officially released September 29, 2008. The band will release ‘Live At Red Rocks’ on September 29, along with reissuing the accompanying live album, ‘Under A Blood Red Sky’.

The show at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado was recorded in 5 June 1983 and the new format of the concert will featured five previously unreleased songs (FANTASTIC!), plus a a director’s commentary.

The new film will be available in a deluxe edition with both the DVD and CD, and separate editions. ‘Under a Blood Red Sky’ is also available on vinyl.
